		<description>Tony.... i&#039;m sorry if your machine is unreliable - I genuinely feel this is the best device. Once or twice it has missed recordings, but other than that it never lets me down. And I record a lot of TV! 

One thing to point out, i bought mine as a &#039;refurbished&#039; model, so whether this has a different firmware I don&#039;t know. What problems have you had?</description>

		<description>I have had this model for just over two years now, and have the same problem as Sydney, just keeps saying &quot;You have no Hard Drive&quot;, so like him, I am unable to access anything.  It started to go wrong just after the warranty ran out, it frequently told me I had missed a recording, froze, and could only be started up again by switching off at the plug.  I telephoned Tesco, and they are just not interested, call centre handler just said it was now broken!!  I know it wasn&#039;t expensive, but I expected it to last longer than two years.  Is there any way out of this situation?</description>
